Booking & Retainer

To secure your event date:

• A non-refundable retainer equal to 35% of the total event cost is required

• A signed service agreement must be completed

• Your date is not confirmed until both are received

 

The retainer is applied toward your final balance.

 

Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to your event unless otherwise stated.

Travel & Destination Events

We proudly serve Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and select out-of-state destinations.

 

Events outside our standard service radius require a separate travel retainer beginning at $500. Travel retainers are based on location, event scope, staffing needs, and logistics.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit or debit card (with signed authorization and valid ID)

• Certified funds (cashier’s check or money order)

 

No personal checks accepted.

 

Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer.

Cancellations

Due to advance food purchases, staffing commitments, and preparation:

• All retainers are non-refundable

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the full contracted amount

• Additional payments are handled according to your signed agreement

Guest Count & Adjustments

Guest counts may increase during the planning phase. However, guest counts may not fall below the original contracted number.

 

Additional guests added after the final deadline are subject to availability and additional charges.

Equipment & Property

All equipment, glassware, plates, and service items remain the property of Eatz by J&Co. Missing or damaged items will be billed to the client following the event.

Allergy Notice

We accommodate dietary preferences when notified in advance. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

Hookah Experience Policy

All participants must be 21 years or older with valid identification. Signed waivers and agreements are required prior to service. Eatz by J&Co assumes no liability for individual health outcomes related to hookah use.
